(no subject)

Tonight was an intereesting night to say the least. Very eventful. We were gonna go for Mongolian food for lunch, but the place was closed, so we had McDonalds instead. It was kinda disappointing. Then Ben and I dropped by his house for a few mintues, but had to leave pretty quick because I taught a white belt class at 5:30 with Mr. Correll and we taught them to break fall. Then we got lost on the way to Turpin for the football game, stopped at Ben's Grandpa's house to ask for directions, but made it there with like 15 minutes to spare because we had the start time for the game wrong. It all worked out.

At the game I saw Amy, Nikki, Showler, and Kristen. That was cool. We talked and I mingled with the band kids for a bit. During the game we sat with the Denke's for quite a while. That was cool. I love Elena. She's so cute and adorable. I ehld her for a while.

After the game we headed back to the highschool. I topped off my gas for 2.99 on the way. We stopped by Friday's after the band kids were allowed to leave. We didn't stay long though because of curfew and slow Friday's service. On the way home from dropping Ben off I saw a shooting star. I felt lucky and made a wish.

Now I'm home and I've visited with Velcro. Tomorrow I'm going to RenFest with my parents. I'm excited. I love RenFest. It's always so much fun, no matter who you go with. And I haven't done something with my parents in a while. Then we're going to Don Pablos for dinner and so I can get my schedule and paycheck. Then home again, home again, jiggity jig. Sunday I'm going over to Ben's for dinner with his family and his godparents. Then Monday I might but working, but in either case, Ben and I are going out to dinner (he can finally drive me!)

That's all for now, Ciao!

Renaissance Festival

My parents and I went to the RenFest today. It was a lot of fun. While we were there we saw the Aerial Angels show. It was amazing. It was like the acrobats at the circus. Your could tell the girls were trained like gymnasts, they were so strong and flexible. They hung from a hula hoop at "concussion height." They could bend all directions and were hanging upside down and spinning. And the guy ate fire and breathed fire. It was really cool. We also did some shopping. Dad got a red and black beret to wear for the day. He gave it to me, so it's mine now. I likes it. It's fun and sweet looking. I got an ieght band puzzle ring. Speaking of that, if anyone knows how to put one back together, speak to me, please. I made the mistake of taking it apart before understanding how it went back together. I figure I figure it out on my own eventually, but I would like to actually wear it. Also I got wax melter thing. Where you put the wax in the top dish and put a condle underneath it and it melts the wax and smells pretty. The part with the candle has three pentacles around the outside. The whole thing is carved from stone. It's beautiful. Right now I'm just using old candle shavings and trimmings, but I do want to get some nice scented wax to start melting in it so it'll smell all pretty and strong.

Tomorrow I think I'm going over to Ben's for dinner with his godparents. I'm a little nervous I'll admit, meeting more of his family. And it makes me feel kinda out of place because He's met barely any of mine. That and the fact that he's close with his family. Even when he met Uncle Don and Aunt Geri, that felt weird because I barely know them. In my whole life I've prolly only visited with them maybe 15 times. It's the same like that with everyone on my Mom's side of the family. I don't really know them. And Dad's side of the family, well, I haven't seeen them since Grandpa died when I was four. vaguely remember being really close to him. Like we used to go down there all the time. I do remeber vividly he had cancer. When we were down there when he died Grandpa was laying in his bed, and he was all pale and ashen. I was sitting on the edge of his bed. We were watching the Charlie Brown movie where the little girl has leukimia. I watched that movie so many times after he died. It reminds me of him, even now. ... I'm rambling...

That's all, ciao.
