Energy Overload!!!

Dude! I'm totally freaking out. At PSA tonight we did Circles of Concentration. It was amazing. I'd never done anything in group format before, and this was freaking amazing. I'm freaking out on energy overload. Yes Ana, I'm trying to ground more :), it's just really hard. I'm filled to bursting and am dizzy and lightheaded and having a littel trouble breathing because I feel like my lung space is filled up with energy instead of air. And feeling that connected to other people is one of the best feelings I've ever had. It's like I'm floating only I'm not. I'm me and I'm syncing up perfectly with other people. This is amazing. After being so used to having to pull so hard to feel that connected, and doing it with people who were also doing it: amazing. I felt so connected to Artemis and Apollo. I pictured them as beams of silver and gold light repecstively coming down to fill me up and the 4 elements were coming up in their respective colors to flow up my feet and legs and body. And I used the visualization of the tree and connected myself to all of it. And feeling everyone else around me and their breathing and hearts and mine and the wind outside and the trees. I could feel the trees stretching for the sky and growing. And the people everywhere. It was so overwhelming, but so amazing. I want to hold onto all this energy forever, even if it is dangerous. I'll ground eventually.
