random update

skylark913um, what's happened recently? . . .
Sunday: The theme for Faire next year is Pirates. I'm Seneschal, Rae is Scribe, Sarah is Treasurer. I think we plus Whether and James will all work well together.
Monday: Went to the doctor. I tore my ACL all the way through and have to have surgery. I'm hoping I can find a doctor up here that my insurance will cover. Otherwise I have to spend 2 weeks at home completely incapacitated. Went walking with Jeff, Meg and Brian. That was quite fun. We got food at Aladdin's afterwards. I liked the walking. I felt free and very cat-like. It was good.
Tuesday: Sick. I slept for 20 hours or so. Went for dinner at Hound Dogs. Saw the PSA crowd there in the middle of a Discordian ritual for Nick's birthday. I joined in. It was quite fun, even if I was ill. Tried to memorize "Der Panther" for German class.
Wednesday: Screwed up my recitation of "Der Panther." Went to look at apartment. Seems a very nice place. Feels comfy and safe. So yes, I've got a place to live this summer. Told "Godfather Death" in storytelling class. Forgot to write my paper for Storytelling (actually didn't even know we had to write one). Rennie dinner, signing of t-shirt paper thing. Went to go see a Brecht play with Jeff and Jess. 'Twas one of the most depressing things I've seen. Wanted to kill myself after "Nummer Vier." It was really good though, just really depressing. Very abstract. I definitly enjoyed it, in that not happy way.
Thursday: Wrote my storytelling paper and emailed it to my professor. Wrote my Tai Chi paper. Went to Tai Chi, found out hte exam is this Tuesday. I don't have the forms all memorized. I'm a bit worried. I need to practice some. Read "The Wasteland" before English, then proceeded to waster the next 2.5 hours of my life discussing it in class. Went to work with a pounding headache. Got kicked in the head. Erin got her pullover though. That was good. I felt proud. There was Tornado and Sever Thunderstorm Warning/Watch thing. Jeff picked me up and we had dinner at his parents. Yummy catfish. I watched the storm for a bit. The thunder was mostly done, but the sky was beautiful. Red and purple.
Friday: Went to German classes. We discussed the play. I kept getting interrupted when ever I tried to say anything, so eventually I stopped. Got yummy lunch with Sarah. We headed back when it started raining. Didn't go to staff meeting because biking in the rain with a torn ACL sounded like a bad idea. Spent the next few hours updating my resume and jab searching and sending out my resume. I had to look for boring office work type jobs, since after surgery I won't, or at least shouldn't, be moving around a whole bunch. Went to Jeff's parents for dinner. Found out sushi is tonight for Cathy's birthday. That'll hopefully be fun.
Today: Going out to brunch with Meg and Sarah. Need to call insurance company and find out doctor stuff. Need to call doctor and get refered somewhere. Need to write my English paper on Women in Love. Want to work on bracelet stuff. Have inpiration ideas in my head for writing, but have other stuff that needs done first.
Tomorrow: Guild and MTI. Who knows what else.
