PT has started hurting more. Ruth said it was because the swelling is starting to go down, but gods. I'm trying to keep up with it, and to take less pain meds, it's just not going so well. I got moved to a cane, so no more 2 crutches for Jan. Although she did say that for the first few days of class I may want to go back to 2 crutches because I'll undoubtly be doing a lot of walking. I'm so much more mobile with the cane, but I get tired a lot faster. I wish it was a pretty cane, but it's just boring metal. Same as my crutches. I got my stitches out this morning. That hurt like hell. One of them had grown in, so the lady had to dig it out with the tweezers and scissors. I thought I was going to tear something apart. Anyways, I'm back up in Cbus again. Here unil July 15th when I have to go down for a follow up appointment. Apparantly I'm healing fast. *shrugs* I feel like I made a whole bunch of progress at first, but now things are getting worse again because they're hurting more and I've lost some motion. I'm trying to keep my motivation up to keep at the physical therapy because I know I need to, but it's hard because it hurts and it feels like it's not doing anything. Ruth told me not to do anything that hurts too bad, but I don't know where my threshold is because I know I can do things and I can work through the pain. *sighs* I've rambled far more than I meant to.
